Color as identity. Home as a shifting place.

Tara Haghi is a visual artist and painter based in the Netherlands, working with color, migration, and urban spaces.

Tara Haghi’s paintings investigate the emotional and spatial dimensions of migration. Using heightened color and distorted architectural forms, she transforms familiar urban landscapes into psychological reflections on belonging and displacement.
Her work occupies a space between memory and imagination — where the notion of “home” is constantly reconstructed through color, light, and perception.
